Raymond R. Ricordati, III: With more than 12 years as a patent attorney, Ray has extensive experience with clients in a variety of technologies across many industries, including computer hardware and software, mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic and biotechnical. He works closely with in-house counsel and managers, invention review committees and inventors to evaluate new innovations and to develop and implement U.S. and worldwide patent strategies. From taking and analyzing the invention disclosure through preparation of the patent application, Ray’s focus is on the quality of the patent application to withstand U.S. and international examination, post-grant review or enforcement.
Claire E. Saskowski: Claire meets with clients, scientists and engineers to gather invention disclosure and technical details for preparation and prosecution of patent applications – including office action response drafting across a range of technical fields, preparing for examiner interviews, reviewing preliminary patent searches, filing patent elements, and drafting briefs for appeals and post grant procedures. She works closely with in-house counsel, technical managers, and inventors to advance protection of proprietary technologies and ensure intellectual property needs of the client are met.
