Claire Saskowski is one of Beem Patent Law Firm’s associates. As a part of the Beem Team, she meets with clients, scientists and engineers to gather invention disclosure and technical details for preparation and prosecution of patent applications – including skillful drafting of office action responses across a range of technical fields, preparing for examiner interviews, reviewing preliminary patent searches, filing patent elements, and drafting briefs for appeals and post grant procedures. She works closely with in-house counsel, technical managers, and inventors to advance protection of proprietary technologies and ensure intellectual property needs of the client are met.
