John R Linzer
Patent Attorney

John Linzer is active in both the prosecution and litigation areas of patent law.  As a registered patent attorney, his prosecution experience involves working with inventors and corporate counsel beginning at the earliest stages of the patent process.  His work includes evaluating technical disclosures, performing patent novelty searches, preparing noninfringement opinions, and preparing and filing U.S. patent applications.  John also conducts examiner interviews and responds to Office Actions with amendment and argument to prosecute patents to issuance.

In litigation, John is experienced at conducting legal research and preparing briefs on issues of claim construction, validity and infringement.  He has the experience and ability to meet even the accelerated deadlines for actions before the International Trade Commission.
