Allison Olech is active in the prosecution area of patent law. As a registered patent attorney, Allison has experience in many facets of the patent process. Her prosecution experience spans diverse technologies and involves working with inventors and corporate counsel beginning at the earliest stages of the patent process. Her work includes evaluating technical disclosures, performing patent novelty searches, preparing and filing U.S. and foreign patent applications, preparing various petitions, and preparing noninfringement opinions. Allison also commonly conducts examiner interviews and responds to Office Actions with amendment and argument to prosecute patents to issuance.
Allison earned her J.D., cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law, and her B.S. in General Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
